Mission Statement for the Arizona Longarm Quilters Association
The purpose of this organization is to promote the art
of machine quilting, to provide a network of support and information to our members,
to share information to the general public about machine quilting in Arizona,
and to provide assistance and guidance to other organizations concerning the art
of machine quilting.
Goal of AZLAQ
Our goal is to promote the professional development of
machine quilters and the profession of machine quilting, which utilizes a hand
guided machine operated by the use of a track system or via a suspended frame
(not a hand held frame).

AZLAQ is a chapter of the Arizona Quilters Guild
